Users
- Before accepting a bid, the only information that is disclosed to Movers by Citimove is information necessary for movers to come up with a fair bid. Email address and apartment number, and phone number are not disclosed. Once a bid is accepted, the mover that accepts the bid is then given your phone number and apartment number. Your email address is never revealed to the mover.

- CitiMove users are not given access to any personal information submitted by other CitiMove users. Only acknowledged counterparties who share a "Delivery Move" with you may see information from your job. This is necessary to enable both parties to verify the job information.

- CitiMove users are not required to disclose name, age, credit card number, or most other personal information. The only thing necessary for completing a job is address, email address and phone number. If you feel uncomfortable specifying your full address, including apartment number and building information, it is advised that you choose curbside pickup/delivery.

Movers
- The information that you submit to CitiMove is accessible to the public. All CitiMove customers can view the details of your moving company, as well as reviews of your company and the rating of your company. Disclosure of this information should be viewed as free advertising for the mover. Any questions or issues regarding this policy should be sent to privacyPolicy@citimove.com

Cookies
- CitiMove does not use cookies for any of it's "content" pages. The only pages that use cookies are the forum, which is intended for anonymous discussions. If you do not wish to have any trace of information on your personal computer, please delete the cookies after visiting the forum. Usage of cookies by third parties is not the responsibility of CitiMove.

Information We Collect
-We maintain a record of all email correspondence, of all bids placed and all jobs placed. We also maintain a record of all moves requested including addresses and phone numbers. This is done for auditing purposes, specifically to detect and reduce fraudulent activities and to respond to customer inquiries.

Legal Requests
-Citimove cooperates with law enforcement officials, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as fraud to help protect you and the CitiMove community from scrupulous people. Therefore, in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government officials relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity, we are authorized by you to disclose email addresses, addresses, phone numbers and all details of a move including the items involved.

-Due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose personal information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your personal information that they collect from the Site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your personal information or private communications will always remain completely private.

Control of your password
-If you choose to share or disclose your password or your personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your account and you should therefore review that third party's privacy policy. In addition, any actions taken on the CitiMove website are solely your responsibility. If you feel that your password has been compromised for any reason, you should change your password immediately and cancel any jobs or bids that may have been placed on your behalf. Password changes will be sent to your email address. If you receive an email notifying you of a password change, please read it carefully before confirming it. In an effort to prevent unauthorized password changes, CitiMove requires verification of all password changes.

Notice
-We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall automatically be effective 7 days after they are initially posted on the Site. In addition, we will notify you in accordance with your Notification Preferences.
